The Studio @ ICC
Available for all ICC students. The Studio provides comprehensive tutoring services for assisting with essay and writing assignments.
Feedback by Email (FBE) isn't proofreading or editing. Consultants won't fix grammatical or typographical errors in your paper. But they will identify bigger picture issues, such as how well your paragraphs are organized and how clear your thesis is. They'll also tell you what's working well in your paper and address questions or concerns you have.
You can submit up to three FBEs per week. Requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Drafts will be returned with comments within 3 to 5 business days. For papers longer than 10 double-spaced pages, please tell us which 10-page range you would like the consultant to read.

Online Tutoring...
Illinois Central College Learning Lab tutors provide online tutoring in Accounting and Chemistry, at this time.
To visit the Virtual Learning Lab to work with an online tutor during scheduled times:
1. Login to Blackboard @ ICC
2. Click on the ICC Learning Labs link under My Courses
3. Click on the Online Tutoring button in the menu
4. Be sure to use the START HERE information to check your computer
5. Then click on the ENTER HERE link during scheduled online tutoring times to enter the virtual learning lab
Equipment You'll Need
You need only access to a computer, the internet and speakers or headphones to use online tutoring. If you have a microphone or a webcam you may be able to use these tools during online tutoring but they are not required.
