This initiative focuses on developing our area’s workforce by providing participants with a credential and a living wage. It addresses high demand-careers and targets low-income individuals, those living in high crime and high poverty areas, unemployed individuals and minorities.

Construction Management
The Construction Management certificate is your key to kickstarting a rewarding career in commercial construction. You’ll be prepared for employment in construction firms and other industry-related organizations.
HVAC Residential Installer
Take your first step to a career in the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. Students completing this certificate will be prepared to work as entry-level residential furnace and air conditioner installers.
Business Management & Administration
Office Assistant
Office assistants are needed in all types of organizations, from non-profits to large corporations. They provide needed skills in organization and customer service.
Health Science
Central Sterile Service Technician
Central Sterile Service Technicians are members of healthcare teams responsible for decontaminating, inspecting, assembling, disassembling, packaging, and sterilizing reusable surgical instruments or devices that are essential for patient safety in a healthcare facility.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program
Nursing assistants help registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) with providing patient care by performing many day-to-day tasks such as giving patient baths, providing routine skin care, measuring vital signs, and helping patients walk or move around. Nursing assistants generally work in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare agency.
Licensed Practical Nurse
This program is designed to prepare the nursing graduate to give nursing care to patients at the bedside under the direction of a registered nurse, licensed physician, dentist, or podiatrist.

The Artificial Intelligence Certificate offers in-depth training in cutting-edge technology. Learn the principles of artificial intelligence and machine learning and apply these techniques to real-world problem-solving scenarios, focusing on data mining concepts and techniques to tackle the challenges of today’s data-driven world head-on.
C++/C# Programming

Law Enforcement
Are you looking for a quick path to a career in law enforcement? This 30-hour certificate program can be completed in three semesters and you will be prepared for entry into a frontline law enforcement job.
Manufacturing
Computer-Aided Mechanical Drafting
This two-semester certificate program will provide students with the skills they need for entry-level employment in computer-aided design and drafting systems.
Production Welder
In one semester, students will gain the knowledge and skills in gas metal arc welding (GMAW) or metal inert gas (MIG) for employment as an entry-level welder in a manufacturing facility.
Welding Operator
The Welding Operator Certificate program prepares students with entry-level skills in the major commercial welding processes, SMAW and GMAW. With welding skills in both processes, completers of the Welding Operator Certificate might seek entry-level welder positions in the construction as well as the manufacturing industry.
